How to Purchase Your Plan:

This can be done at any point ahead of your appointment to collect the appropriate flea or worming treatments or ahead of your pet’s annual vaccinations – just let our reception team know you’re a My Home Vet Pet Health Plan member at the time of booking!

What’s included

As part of the Platinum Pet Health Plan, you receive the following treatments and benefits in exchange for a simple monthly Direct Debit:

Annual core vaccinations Includes kennel cough for dogs. An annual health check is included as standard.

Flea and Worming Treatments

A full year’s supply, posted to you monthly.

4 Free Vet Consultations

One consultation is used at the time of the annual booster vaccination. The remaining consultations can be used throughout the year as needed.

Free Nurse Consultations

Available for: nail clips. weight clinics and nutritional advice

Free written prescriptions

Issued where clinically appropriate and subject to veterinary approval.

25% off Lifetime medications

Ongoing savings on long-term prescribed medications.

25% off Virbac food

Please note that our Pet Health Plan is NOT a pet insurance product.

Pet insurance is aimed at providing cover for the treatment of unforeseen accidents or illnesses and does not typically cover preventative healthcare costs.
